Today we are announcing two commercial developments for Resourcely that make it easier for enterprises to adopt the Resourcely configuration platform: AWS Marketplace availability and other AWS-related developments, and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
Resourcely becomes AWS Qualified Software Partner
Resourcely joined AWS Partner Network earlier this year. We would like to announce our new status as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Technology Partner on the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Path, following the successful completion of the AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR). The FTR is an assessment conducted by AWS that evaluates solutions against AWS security, reliability, and operational best practices, outlined within the AWS Well-Architected framework. Becoming an Amazon partner is part of our deep commitment to serve customers who are using all cloud environments, including AWS.
AWS Marketplace availability
Resourcely is now available for purchase on AWS Marketplace. With this availability, AWS customers with existing AWS spend commitments can use their Resourcely purchase against their AWS commitment. The streamlined contractual and legal terms of AWS Marketplace also make for a faster, easier buying process.
We also created our AWS Marketplace Vendor Insights profile to streamline the exchange of security and compliance information, accelerate transactions and creatoing a better transactional experience while streamlining our sales process. SOC 2 Type 2
Earlier this month Resourcely attained SOC 2 Type 2 certification, with zero exceptions from our auditor. With this designation, we are reconfirming our commitment towards secure and audited best practices around internal controls and processes.
This designation has a focus on “security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy” of our company’s systems and processes. Security is of utmost importance to Resourcely, and we take our SOC 2 Type 2 compliance very seriously. We know that large enterprises look for SOC 2 Type 2 certification when contracting with software vendors, and we look forward to upholding these strict standards and serving our customers with robust privacy and security standards.
